There's only one other CX first class lounge in HK, and that's at The Pier, which is down the other (northen) end of the airport from The Wing. Like The Wing, The Pier has first & business sections.
I've always liked The Wing because it's so very open, while The Pier is downstairs and quite enclosed – but many people prefer it for that reason, because it's more like a secluded private club!

I agree with David above that The Wing is light and airy which makes it quite pleasant. However, it can be quite noisy. For this reason I prefer The Pier which seems to seat more, have more restrooms, day rooms and showers. The restaurant also seems a lot bigger for me. Food is always good in both though.
The Cabin is a joint business and first class lounge and the good thing about this lounge is they sometimes serve toasted cheese and ham sandwiches made to order, you collect your order when the buzzer they give you goes nuts on the table and knocks your wine glass over;) Makes a pleasant change after a long time eating Asian food only.
For one other alternative, the Qantas/BA first lounge is in the opposite wing to CX The Wing lounge. I am not a big fan but it is roomy and very airy. The Qantas/BA business lounge is very large and downstairs.

Yoshisturt: we have reviews on some of the lounges mentioned by WoganFan, if you're interested.

I hope to get time to review The Pier on my next trip to HK – I've been there not as often as The Wing!

But would you say that The Pier is better than say the Wing Business lounge, or the cabin?

I prefer The Pier for the reasons David stated, feels more like an exclusive club and also because The Wing is noisy been open within the airport. It depends on your preference. Both have an upside and both have a downside.
Also, what gate you are departing from could have an influence on which lounge you use. The two lounges are miles apart. Usually have to go on the train between them. The Wing is near main departures but The Pier is in the area of gate 65 from memory.
Either way, be assured of the good service, excellent food, good drink selections, both alcoholic and others and the female staff are always very elegant, the male staff very smart and all are very polite. Best first lounges I have experienced with the possible exception of Sydney.
