No it does not. Last few times I flew out of SIN with CX, their first class check in was handled at the same row as all other classes. No invitation was extended to the SATS premium check in lounge. But I did walk past the premium check in lounge and it did not look very attractive at all. So you will not be missing much.

Does CX use SATS premium check in at Sinagapore?

I'm flying first with CX from SIN to HKG. Just wondering if CX uses the SATS premium check in.

It's actually a great facility. Spacious and comfortable and your checkin and bag drop are processed while you're seated.
