Can anyone tell me how I go about upgrading on an Air New Zealand flight with my Virgin Australia points? I am traveling to the Cook Islands in September so was wondering if this is even possible?

You can't upgrade Air New Zealand flights with Velocity points, even if you booked the flight through Virgin.
