Does anyone know why Etihad's flight to and from Brisbane have been switched to a 777 lately

The flight I am on tonight over to the UAE has been switched an I am a little annoyed

What difference would it make if you knew why it was switched?

The need to seek answers for events beyond their control is typically human; the search for truth in a world of mystery has been the preoccupation of man from the dawn of time.

It is as if finding answers give man control, for which he has none, albeit an illusion. For control is not in the knowing but in the being.

It would make no difference but instead slightly annoy one as they had been hopeing to fly on a 787

The delivery of Etihad's third 787 has been delayed meaning they need to operate a different aircraft on those routes, the 77W is/has operating to Brisbane on the 4th, 7th, 10th and 13th of June. However the 3rd 787 was delivered recently so everything will now be operated with the 787.

Thanks I am seated in Business class which I think will have a slight difference in product
