I bought a return flight from SYD to SIN in F class with British Airways. I have used the outward leg and utilised my Qantas frequent flyer. Can I switch the return leg to my BA frequent flyer?

Yes you can. Get it changed online or call up the call centre. If the BA site doesn't allow you to change it, try changing using the Finnair website.
