Hello- I have booked a business class flight with CX Melbourne to Paris with a stop over in Hong Kong. Can I use the QF lounge for this flight or just CX? Thank you.

In Melbourne avoid the CX lounge. When the Qantas lounge shuts for the night, use the MH lounge. In Hong Kong I recommend the Bridge or the Wing unless you are OWE, in which case I reccomend trying out the new Pier First class lounge.

Most definetley, I'm pretty sure you can use all OW lounges as well.

Thanks to everyone for this information, it's great to know how many lounge options I have when I travel. Much appreciated, as I have not been able to work out what lounge I was eligible to visit.

No, you can't use the Qantas lounge unless your flight has a QF number. The only other way to access Qantas lounge is to be a Qantas gold or platinum frequent flyer. So you need to use the Cathay lounge

That's incorrect - as a Oneworld business class passenger, you can access any Oneworld business class lounge before the flight - including Qantas lounges.
