Following the announcement of the first A350 routes for SQ, when will we hear the announcement of the first CX A350 routes as they receive their first A350 only 1 month later? Is their also any speculation of the first couple of routes it will service?

First route for CX will be AKL at this stage.

There's plenty of speculation about Cathay Pacific's first A350 routes, but nothing in the way of official announcements. Auckland is often spoken of as the inaugural route for May 2016, following the more usual regional 'crew familiarisation' runs from Hong Kong to Bangkok, Manila, Osaka, Singapore and Taipei. A handful of European cities including Barcelona, Dusseldorf, Milan and Zurich are expected to follow Auckland, with Sydney said to be slated for late 2016.
