Trying to book chauffeur service for a QF award flight in J LHR-SYD and nothing is showing up that will allow me to book. My ticket starts with 081 as in the eligible flights but short of getting on the phone I thought I'd try here first. The flight is not until February next year, maybe I'm getting in too early? I have been able to book EK chauffeur service for the flight over on the same QF award, but not the actual QF flight back. Suggestions?

I had a similar issue a few months back on an elegible ticket. There was no option when I went in to Manage My Booking. From memory I think I actually booked it via an online chat with a Qantas rep.

when I checked back a few weeks later both the booking and the option to change it were there. I'd just give them a call.
