Anyone used gate 16 Brisbane domestic QF lately? QF have downgraded a couple of the middle of the day flights TSV - BNE to 717 and they seem to use gate 16 a lot. It used to be stairs down and stairs up again from what I can remember even though all the gates around it have aerobridges and I need to book a flight for someone with mobility issues.
Yes but some elderly people find the forklift experience frightening and would prefer to avoid. Couldn't get any answers out of QF or Brisbane airport either, solved the problem and booked her on VA.

No matter which gate they use if they have mobility issues Qantas will help them get on board
