I am flying Adelaide to London with QR, will i be able to use any lounge access in Doha with my Qantas Club membership?

No, you'd need to be a Qantas Frequent Flyer Gold or Platinum member for Qatar lounge access at Doha.

I am flying Qatar airways from Perth to Doha in approx 1 week in business class. I am a Platinum Qantas FF, does anyone know if I can get access to the first lounge in Doha (Al Safwa First Class Lounge) or will it be the Al Mourjan Business Class Lounge? My wife is also flying with me in BC and is a Qantas Gold FF - if I am allowed access to first lounge can I take a guest?
