Qantas Club membership will allow you and one guest access to the Emirates business lounge at Dubai while transiting on the Qantas flight. . Qantas Club membership alone won't get you access to the Emirates lounge in Paris: you would need to be a gold frequent flyer or travelling in business class.

Qantas Club isn't worth much unless you fly a lot domestically within Oz.

I've bought a Priority Pass Unlimited membership recently and found it gives me access to a huge variety of lounges accross Europe/Asia/the ME/the US.

Except Oz. Where it's nudda.

Worth considering though if you'll be travelling a lot outside Oz.

Priority Pass gives you access to international lounges in Brisbane and Cairns, although not other Australian cities.
