Guest Contact Centre/Airport Fees? What are the airport fees
Anyone know what exactly the airport fees in 'Guest Contact Centre/Airport Fees' in Virgin Australia's new maze of fares means?
Does that mean nobody at the airport will talk to me unless I pay a fee?

According to the Virgin Australia website the fee is applicable "each time guests make, change or cancel a booking" via either of those two channels.
