From their website on the Premium economy description:
Note: While guests travelling in Premium on domestic services may receive lounge access, lounge access is not available at international airports for Premium guests travelling on long haul international services.
So unless you have status it appears you don't get anything as I can't find any paid lounges in the International Terminal.
