Hi, has anyone used the Etihad First & Business Lounge when travelling on the SYD-LAX sector? Do Platinum flyers get to use the First section of the lounge and is there much difference? Thanks!

I think you'll find that the lounge is the "First & Business class" lounge and that there is no separate business class section.
