OT slightly, but can anyone explain why I can't do seat selection on my VA SYD-HKG booking? Trying to search paid business class seats on VA86/VA87 but keep getting a message saying "online seat selection is not available and seats will be assigned upon check in" Every month and date I've searched has this response.
