Regarding the qantas-emirates alliance, will qantas code share with emirates between singapore and dubai and between dubai and glasgow? We are currently making a few trips a year between singapore and glasgow using qantas/ba. If qantas and emirates do not code share between singapore and glasgow via dubai then we will not be able to earn status points.

Qantas will codeshare the Australia-Singapore-Dubai flights (Melbourne-Singapore-Dubai EK405 and Brisbane-Singapore-Dubai, EK433) - see http://www.ausbt.com.au/qantas-to-codeshare-on-emirates-flights-via-asia-to-singapore-bangkok-kuala-lumpur - as well as Dubai-Glasgow (http://www.ausbt.com.au/what-the-qantas-emirates-alliance-means-for-london-and-uk-travel). But you'll have to book through Qantas to earn status credits (http://www.ausbt.com.au/qantas-frequent-flyers-to-earn-full-status-credits-on-emirates-flights).
