Would any people who read this coment help with a problem I have had with Emirates online booking engine for the last 2 months. Thier customer service don"t care refuse to answer letters or emails even though they finally agreed that they have a problem refuse to fix it. Go to Emirates multidestination booking select a country airport then destiation  then next destination / stopover then final destination. In my case Coffs Harbour to Manchester Manchester to Dubai Dubai to Coffs Harbour. Pick any date 2 months fron now. The second leg always comes up as not available. OK if that was true however change the booking to a Coffs Harbour Manchester return the seats are always available. When you see the problem please let Emirates know. Maybe if enough people contact them they will fix the problem. Their attitude to me is you are only one passanger and we don't care about you.

This booking problem covers the whole of Australia eg Cairns Brisbane London  Hobart Melbourne Dubai but the attitude at Emirates customer service is so bad and couldn' care less  that I realy need some help to gfet this matter fixed

If Emirates dont want your money why dont you look at Etihad? VA to Sydney, EY into Manchester and then if you want a stop in Dubai, jump off EY in Abu Dhabi. EY customers then receieve free coach transfers from Abu Dhabi to Dubai... its only about an hours journey?

I have heard more stories on the poor state of EKs customer service. Makes one wonder how they are doing so well in terms of passenger loads, surely it has to fire back at them at one stage?

My suggestion is to go to an EK office or Travel Agent who can book the flights, if you really want to fly EK. I like Toms suggestion to just go with the competitor, that would be a stronger sign towards EK, rather than have enough people complain (doubt it would work) to have EK fix the problem. Good luck and let us know how you fared.

Thank you for the replies to my  coments. I have taken them on board and booked with another airline for a flight to England in March. Emirates customer service department should learn that the difference between a bad airline and a good airline is not the things that go well but how the things that go wrong are fixed properly. It must be nice to be in such a position to  not care if you upset passengers so much they fly with someone else. While  we only fly economy over the last 10 years members of this family have flown 82 return flights to Europe If Emirates thinks it is so important that it can treat its passangers they way it treated me it is in for a shock because we won't fly with them and will go out of our way to expose their rude couldn't care less customer service department. Which will serve them right because I found the flight t I just took with them good but couldn't trust them if anything did go wrong.

Hi,

Has anyone had problems with the new Etihad website, very hard to get the online booking flight charge pages to come up, very gray in colour and only lasts a few seconds compared to the rest of the site, however the rest looks ok in its new format

regards
