Received an email from IHG in part saying 'You can earn up to 5,000 Elite qualifying points per night, and these count
toward status upgrades.' with a 'Book Now' box. On trying to make a booking the rate shows 'Earn 1,000 bonus IHG Rewards Club points for each night', no mention of Elite qualifying points. Made a start to a booking and prior to finalisation following info showed,
Base Earnings: 6907
Elite Bonus: 6907
Bonus Points Package: 3000
Total Earnings:16814
