I have to do business in China later this year and wondering what experiences anyone has had with China Southern?

Plane - 7/10. Angled bed. Entertainment limited. I was on an overnight flight

Service - 9/10. Staff was great. English is ok. Ground staff was great.

Lounge in China - 6.5/10. Not good. Humid. Drinks are abit colder than tepid. Food terrible.

I would go again based on staff service.

What is your experience of Canton airport?

I've read mixed reviews including tales of vermin roaming around the empty terminal in the early hours of the morning.

Didn't see the vermins - but I noted that it was hot and humid. 

The terminals were run down and looked tired. 

Pushy locals - but that seems to be the same all over China.

If you do business there often - get an APEC card. The immigration line is not pleasant
