You will get in, but you MUST have your QC card on you. If you don't have a copy, get a temporary one from Qantas Club in Aus when you fly out.

As a QClub member, if you are flying on a BA flight number you have access to the BA lounges in the US. If the Airport doesn’t have one, you are entitled to use the AA lounge.
