Hi
I have booked a flight from Vancouver back to Melbourne via LAX on August. I am QFF Platinum. My flight from Vancouver to LAX is on WestJet with a QF flight numbers. Does this mean I will be able to access a lounge with my +1 on the same flight?

Believe that because you are transiting via US you will be in the US section of the international departures at YVR and will cLear US customs on departure, after check in, which has no lounge access for OW.

I flew to Vancouver direct with Qantas last year on their seasonal December/January flights. The lounge they used was a third party lounge named Plaza Premium, not even a one world partner lounge to my surprise. Good amenities and view out to the ramp.
