Am looking at travelling to London on EVA airlines as had a good article here on ausbt, but wondering if you can allocate your seats in business during the booking process. I have read on their website that only 12 hours prior to check in you can do it. Bit confused
Unsure if you can select them during the booking process itself but you can certainly do so online via the typical 'manage my booking' page - I selected mine weeks in advance, and you can also pre-select your preferred meal or order something else from their separate menu, kind of like Singapore Airlines' Book The Cook.
Just found out from Eva Airlines website, selecting meals on business class can be done only between 3 weeks up to 24 hours before the scheduled booked flight.

If your fare doesn't include seat selection, seat selection opens up 48 hours prior to the flight
