Just wanted to pick the collective 'brains trust"

I'm a very tall guy (over 2m) and fly a lot on Emirates and Singapore in First. On both of those airlines, their XL size PJ's fit me just fine - a bit short but still comfy.

I've only flown Qantas First once, and the largest PJs I was given were way too small, so much so I slept in my clothes. My question is - is this a one-off? Do they normally have a size to fit people like me, or should I take a spare Emirates or Singapore set?

Thank you!

Take the spare set from Emirates or Singapore, you won’t get Qantas ones to fit you. I give mine to smaller friends.

I've tried them all. Qantas is good for selling on eBay - nothing more.

BA F PJs has excellent length. I am 2M tall and the bottom of the leg is just short of the floor.
The same length as custom made trousers. A++

Yeah, I find exactly the same thing - the L/XL size on Qantas is always too small. You’d think they’d keep a few spare pairs of larger PJs for each of the premium cabins but nope...

I’m 190cm and have given up on airline pj’s. I take my own.

I find the QF first pj’s pretty itchy. They’re not made from a comfortable material.

I long stopped wearing them, and take my own, or ask for business class ones instead....

QF First have run out of my size on a number of flights, so to ensure consistency I always take my own pair which gives the extra length needed and are arguably more comfortable anyway. Although nothing quite says first class like an eyeful of uncovered butt crack stumbling past in the middle of the night to use the toilets in their ill fitting PJ's.
I recall a flight from LAX a few years back that returned to the gate to offload a couple of F pax who kicked up a stink because there were no PJ's available in their size.

Don't blame them...they only paid $15K ....why should Qantas ensure the 'first' cabin be fully stocked??

We all know its only a deluxe business class service however don't we ;)
Alan Joyce still thinks his new business class is a "mini first class" - sums up Qantas nicely.

Presuming you have a firm travel date and reserved your First Class seat, an alternate solution might be to ring the FF hotline and alert them to your need for a particular size which can be recorded in your PNR as a Special Handling request.

I got an emergency PJ kit in Queenstown a few years ago when QF lost my luggage. They fitted beautifully, and I'm large. They are certainly different to the inflight PJ's...

What happens to the short guys from Asia? Sleeves and pants are too long even for M/L. Most of the time they don’t stock S size. When I flew once with my granddaughter in F cabin they don’t even have one pair of PJ for her!

Any of you folks that don't want them please let me know.. I no longer get to fly F or J but my wife sleeps in the old ones every night - I'd love a couple of new pairs for her please....
