• @fergo it’s actually worse than that...You can go into the Concord lounge, even if you’re not in first. You just have to be in the BA elite tier - similar to Qantas P1. No doubt at all, the BA Concord lounges are the closest experience to our Syd / Mel / LAX First lounges with Qanta...

  • Damn you Bose!!Please come out with a new in-ear headphone without that horrendous plastic neck band.

  • Review: Marina Bay Sands, Singapore

Having stayed here a few times on my travels, it is one of my least favourite hotels in Asia. It completely lacks any soul or personality, and has the feeling of an airport hotel at best. It’s only saving grace is the walkway to the convention centre next door. There are much better options...

  • At last... and a much better product than Garuda which when I last travelled on, was not a fully flat bed. Red eyes are bad enough without being on an angled slope

  • I think you'll find this is called a ‘courtesy block' and typically only available to P1's in my experience. Also worth noting it is not ‘guaranteed'It is only ever available in Economy, and if you've been getting it as a Platinum then you're lucky. Someone has been kind to you. I would suggest t...

  • I find the QF first pj’s pretty itchy. They’re not made from a comfortable material. I long stopped wearing them, and take my own, or ask for business class ones instead....

  • I know this has been discussed before, but I can't remember the original post....I was recently on an AA (QF ticketed) flight from USA through to Aus, and the first leg got cancelled. Long story short, I got re-routed on a delta flight, hopped across the US, and then caught my final leg back from...

  • No doubt whatsoever. A380 First. Heaps more space, and very comfortable - with outstanding bedding.
