Family of 4 on holiday in Bali just now, we paid US$25 pp to hotel for their "VIP" visa on arrival service. Can't recommend this service highly enough. Was fantastic - cleared visa on arrival queue, immigration counter queue and customs queue within 20-25 minutes. Been to Bali about 5 times and this process usually takes a couple of hours. Any link to where we can purchase this service, or was it unique to your accommodation?
I'm heading over in a few weeks. Not sure if I get any priority service being a J class passenger??

Mine was done through the Conrad hotel, but I know it is also avilable from elsewhere via google. I don't have specific address, sorry.
