I insured with Covermore approx four years ago and had to make a claim for luggage that went missing for five days, delay in flights, loss of accommodation costs due to flight delays etc. There was a phone number on our insurance policy which we could use "free of charge" however when I phoned from our hotel to discuss the situation with the insurance company I was not rebated the cost of the call when I put it in the claim form. We had to purchase some emergency clothing and toiletries, very little was allowed and at the end of the trip there was very little rebate given to me. As a result of my experience I would not recommend anyone use Covermore!
