Which class of travel?
You will find new Business Class between Sydney and Hong Kong and a combination of old and new from Hong Kong to London. The 747 flight has the older seats and the A330 and B777 the newer.

Cathay Pacific uses A330s between Sydney and Hong Kong. Most of the A330s have the new seats in place so they're the ones to aim for. When you purchase your fare, look at the seat map and see whether is matches the seat map with the new seats on its website. Happy Travels!
