I don't see that as a close possibility considering that MH's European connections on BA/IB are at T5, meaning that passengers would need to change terminals anyway. They also operate a pretty decent lounge at T5, so it'd cost quite a bit to uproot that just to move to T3.

Would Malaysian Airlines consider changing their London Heathrow terminal from Terminal 4 to 3 as they are a member of Oneworld?
