LAX/HND refunds

Any word on refunds for LA and Tokyo flights from Friday's meeting have you heard?

Hey @aklrunway, V.A will offer credits or refund if you really want. If you were already booked on V.A

the credits to LAX will be on Delta or HND will be on All Nippon Airways.

Hey @aklrunway, I believe so, however you have to really push for it because V.A wants travellers to use credits rather than dish-out a refund.

Thanks for the info. I called them today and they said I have to wait until September 22nd
