I had 2 Y tickets from Per-Mel that I upgraded using 2 Virgin upgrades (I had been Platinum prior).
These flights were refunded during COVID but the upgrades did not transfer post restructure
Numerous calls to Virgin call centres promise to check if the upgrade vouchers should be re-credited but no response after 3 months of trying
Any clarity on this much appreciated
