Fly Business Class to Europe for under $8,000: EVA Air
Competitive fares and five-star service to some of Europe’s great cities.
EVA Air has dropped some of the sharpest Business Class fares out of Brisbane we’ve seen this year.
The Taiwanese carrier, a Skytrax 5-Star airline, is offering lie-flat Royal Laurel Class fares to five European cities, all under $8,200 return.
The fares
Return Business Class from Brisbane, including taxes:
- Milan (MXP) from $7,879
- Vienna (VIE) from $7,909
- Amsterdam (AMS) from $7,979
- Paris (CDG) from $8,129
- London (LHR) from $8,129
Combine London and Paris
A unique fare – called open-jaw in airline industry lingo – allows you to fly into London and return from Paris (or vice versa) in Business Class from $8,129 return.

This means you save on the dreaded Air Passenger Duty cost of flying long-haul out of the UK.
A week in London, the Eurostar across the Channel, a few days in Paris, and a lie-flat seat home: that’s two of Europe’s great cities on a single ticket, with no backtracking.
The EVA Air onboard experience
EVA Air is one of only ten airlines worldwide to hold the Skytrax 5-Star rating, which it has maintained every year since 2016.
On the Brisbane–Taipei leg, EVA Air operates Boeing 787 Dreamliners fitted with its newest Royal Laurel Class cabin.

The seats are set in a staggered 1-2-1 layout with direct aisle access throughout.
Each converts to a 76-inch fully lie-flat bed, and window-side seats are notably private.

European sectors are flown on Boeing 777-300ER widebodies with a reverse herringbone layout, again 1-2-1 with full lie-flat beds.

Across both aircraft types, the service is consistently strong: expect multi-course Taiwanese and Western dining, Kavalan single malt whisky, and Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame champagne, with amenity kits and pyjamas from Franch fashion house Maison Kitsuné.

As a Star Alliance member, flights earn and burn across partner programs including Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer, United MileagePlus, and Air Canada Aeroplan.
The bottom line
Sub-$8,000 Business Class fares to Europe from Brisbane are rare, and EVA Air’s product, particularly on the 787, deserves more attention than it gets in the Australian market.
Brisbane remains the airline’s sole Australian gateway, which means these fares tend to stay under the radar.
The London–Paris open-jaw at $8,129 is the pick of the sale: two cities, one fare, lie-flat all the way on a 5-Star airline.
