Any idea of when the Singapore first lounge will be open this month? I'll be flying out in the 22nd and hoping it'll be open by then.

Hello I was wondering what would happen if I was to book a flight for myself and my partner using my status, I’m platinum and she is not a frequent flyer member.. would I still be able to request an upgrade for both of us? Or does she need to be a FF member to process the request?
