Accor offers 5x point bonus for Le Club Accorhotels members

Planning a stay at an Accor hotel? Get ready for a generous five-times serve of points in the Le Club Accorhotels rewards scheme as the program celebrates its five year anniversary.

Here's what you need to know.

1. Register for the promotion at the special celebrateleclub.com website before February 18, 2014. If you're not already a Le Club Accorhotels member you can sign up for free on the same page.

2. You also have to book your stay before February 18, although that stay itself can be through to December 31, 2014.

3. That booking has to be made directly through Accor's reservation centre, online at accorhotels.com or via Accor's mobile app. "Other booking channels are not eligible for this offer", Accor warns.

4. Note that this 5x points deal is limited to "one stay per member" through to December 31, 2014, and is calculated on the base earning rates for Classic status.
