Citadines St Georges Terrace apartment hotel opens in Perth

Perth's new Citadines St Georges Terraces apartment hotel has opened its doors after a $5m renovation and rebranding from the old Somerset Serviced Residence.

Located in the heart of the business district and with 85 studio and one bedroom serviced apartments, the hotel is within walking distance of offices, restaurants, bars, art galleries, department stores and malls.

Citing high demand from the resource and mining sectors, the property caters particularly well to fly-in fly-out workers on longer stays, with apartments featuring kitchen/kitchenette facilities, complimentary wi-fi, cable television channels and a DVD home entertainment system.

Additionally, laundry facilities are available in selected apartments, while business travellers may find the business corner and conference room facilities useful during their stay.

If you have a little time to relax during your stay, the apartment hotel is a mere block away from the Esplanade that overlooks the Swan River, and is close to a CAT (Central Area Transit) bus stop – providing free transportation to sights like the Perth Mint, the Swan Bell Tower and the Art Gallery of Western Australia.

Travellers booked onto early morning or evening flights won’t need to plan their arrival or departure ahead of time, with the property conveniently offering round-the-clock reception facilities.
