I just checked the Oneworld website and it said there are zero lounges in T3 (although there might be some paid lounges if your desperate e.g plaza premium ect.) so you’ll have to try T2
T3 is just a budget terminal. No lounges, paid or membership. You can access the T2 lounges but the distance between them is great. It's a massive walk or a 15 minute bus trip so you will need to plan accordingly.
Also, as you are not travelling on a One World airline, you will not have access to any One World lounges. You would have access to QF lounge but there isn't one at Narita any more.

Hi I am flying on JQ in business to Cairns and noticed the flight departs from T3 .
Does anyone know if there is a OW lounge in T3 or can you access the T2 lounges ? I am QF gold
