While Singapore Airlines does not have its own KrisFlyer Lounge but is formally contracted with Plaza Premium at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, I noticed that a special lounge within the Plaza Premium area decorated with Singapore Airlines colours and logos has been designated only for Singapore Airlines premium passengers. Another lounge within that lounge has been designated for First Class passengers. I wonder if an article can be written about this unofficial lounge that SIA has in Jakarta. (P.s. I will be using that lounge myself in 2 weeks time)
This is not uncommon for Singapore Airlines and happens elsewhere. Last year I flew Singapore out of Amsterdam; we were told to use the Aspire Lounge but there was a separate area for Singapore Airlines passengers, with its own food and even a dedicated staff member. Sorry to burst your bubble but there's nothing "secret" about it -- it's just what Singapore Airlines does at some airports where it doesn't have its own lounge.
