Hi, Travelling in business on Etihad from Abu Dhabi to Melbourne and VA website states access to the First Lounge in Abu Dhabi. I can't find any info about that on the Etihad website however. For those that have been, do the door staff know about this arrangement? Will I need to take my VA Plat card, or will just having my VFF # on the booking be enough?
Same for me. I have been in Abu Dhabi plenty of times prior to Covid, and no issues getting into Etihad lounge. VA number in the booking is sufficient as its printed on the boarding pass.

Have both. Pre covid I was able to access the F lounge on arrive for my transit. But haven’t been to the new terminal…
