Hi does anyone have a flight rewards credit card that allows payment of ATO bills? Amex is offering only 0.5points per $1 spend. Any better offers out there?

The only one I know of is the American Express Gold or Platinum Velocity Card which are both 0.5 point per $1 spent. Not sure about the Velocity Escape card. Hope that helps.

From what I can gather, Macquarie Qantas cards allow you to earn 1 QFF point per dollar on ATO.
The recently depreciated Westpac Altitude Amex still gives you 0.75 points/dollar for Krisflyer, Asia Miles, Enrich, Velocity and air NZ on ATO payments. The defunct Krisflyer platinum card still gives you the old 1.5 KF points/dollar on ATO.
I also read that NAB velocity card (AMEX) still gives you 1.5 velocity points per dollar on ATO payments.
So there are a whole lot more options than the AMEX cards you mentioned.
