I overheard a Virgin Australia cabin supervisor telling a passenger behind me yesterday that wifi is being rolled out on 25 airplanes on monday. Has anyone else heard this or am i missing something?

Monday isnt the case. I would read the paper on the 8th though might be something there on the 8th not monday the 8th lol

Haven't heard anything, but the sooner this happens the better! It will be great once this is finally rolled out. I've found the inconsistency in levels of service and in-flight inclusions (meals, drinks, entertainment) across Virgin Australia flights to be frustrating.

Yeah rolling out soon till end of year. will be available on VANZ aswell thank goodness. Just need to download the app and you can have free access to over 300 hours of entertainment via WIFI for free.
