Hi I am curious as to what mobile broadband plans people use?

Hi I am curious as to what mobile broadband plans people use? Does anyone use vivid wireless unlimited? If so what are peoples thoughts on it? I will be spending the next 7 months on the road and I don't want to pay the ridiculous rates hotels charge for internet.

Optus now owns vivid wireless and don't think much has been done with it recently.

I am a moderate user and get by tethering my TPG (Optus) plan.

Telstra 4G gets good feedback.

I use a iinet mobile hotspot, runs Optus 4G network. very happy with it.

Telstra 4G. Not the cheapest, but it works. 

I am using Vividwireless unlimited and am very happy with it. Download speed is very good and the signal does not drop out. In the 2 years I have been using it I have had to reset the small modem/router maybe twice (which takes a minute). It is very compact so easy to take with you if you want to. Mind you, using it in Sydney city where 4G reception is great. I have no experience with using it in other cities or in the country side.
