I am a Platinum QFF looking to travel PER to KUL direct but all the QF go via SIN. How do I book the direct MH flight such that I can earn QFF points and SC?

Are you interested in Asia Miles? I'm sure Qantas offers that. Does your MH flight have a QF codeshare?

Book the flight on Malaysia Airlines website and add FF number and this will be added to your booking so you can earn QFF points and SC. QF and MH do not have codeshares.

Book as driley28 suggests, but be careful as discounted classes are not favourably treated by QFF, to the point that you may get very few points from some codes.
