I've heard Qantas has different coloured seats on the A380. I've heard of red, orange, green shades on the seats. Is this true?

Yes, each different section of which there are three sections have different colours.

The different colours are in economy. Beige is in first. Red in Business and PE.

First Class seats are beige.
Business Class seats are a darkish red.
Premium Economy seats are light purple.
Economy seats are red in the first cabin and upstairs, green in the middle cabin and green in the rear cabin.
