QF6 layout. Dose any one know what the layout of QF6 will be 25th April? Is it the layout with J seating (that is not sold as J). I have weird seat allocation, and just wondering. Thanks all you we'll informed people.

The seat map visible on ExpertFlyer shows as a A330-300 with rows 1 through 5 in the Business cabin in a 2-2-2 configuration, which will most likely be Skybed-I. Economy is from rows 23 to 60 in a 2-4-2 layout which is tapered off in a 2-3-2 layout due to the curvature of the aft.

This is the seat map that shows up on ExpertFlyer: seatguru.com/airlines/Qantas_Airways/Qantas_Airways_Boeing_747-400_4.php

So, it looks like rows 34 to 37 are PE, and they're using the First cabin for Business class passengers (eg. Platinums / Chairmans / VIPs).

However, the plane you get on the day might be different. Qantas won't allocate a specific plane until a day or two beforehand.

Keep watching the seat maps - if you have paid for a PE ticket and they operate the 4 class config then you have a good chance of ending up in J. Basically, They push everyone forward and sell more Y tickets.

Comimg back from Tokyo recently on a 4 class config on a Y ticket they opened the PE cabin on the seat map (I'm QF Gold) at t - 80 Hours. The PE cabin received Y service but it is a WAY better seat and quiter cabin.

QF6 on 24 April SINSYD is an A330, as per Amadeus GDS.

Yes, but he's asking about April 25th.

I misread that one also. ;)
