Hi SaltyJ, you will get Hilton Honors Gold or Hertz Gold Plus rewards Five Star. Pretty sure you can also opt for IHG Gold or Europecar mid tier.

Yes indeed! You'll get the offer of the gold memberships when you drop down, and platinum memberships when you go back up!
