Wow! I've seen some 'slanted' surveys in my time, but today's survey really take's the cake. Clearly, somebody at Global HQ Southbank is trying to impress the new CEO (because no CEO would seriously entertain these ideas). The latest thought bubble is that loyal flyers might want to subscribe to a form of 'membership' that gives certain fringe benefits currently available to Gold and Plat, FFers. The question thread starts of "Assuming you were interested . . ." and then proceeds to ask a number of outrageous questions that, you just know, are going to find their way into a corporate announcement along the lines "Recent customer feedback was supportive of . . . .".
Kind of reminds me when Telstra hired a US CEO, 'Sol' Trujillo . . . that didn't end well either.
