Hi All, up until sometime last year we could see mums revised Qantas Club expiry date, while she attained Platinum. Please note we could see this within her account information online. This information is now nowhere to be found. Does anyone know of any changes to this and why it would be no longer visible. Please note this was before their website had this most recent upgrade. Wondering if this is an oversight by them and even as a long time P myself, it will be impossible for me to contact anyone who would provide a sensible and accurate answer. I have put through an enquiry and am expecting a less than helpful answer. I know she will drop back to gold first however I do believe this information should be accessible to the member especially considering the significant cost.
