Hi everyone, I believe I’m missing bonus VA status credits due from the January promo where flying a number of flights for business was later expanded to count leisure flights taken over the same period through to the end of march 2026 (without needing to re-register) I took the requisite 6 flights but was only credited for 3.
Does anyone know the best channel to raise this? Preference is not to sit on hold for hours, I’ve dropped to silver and clawing my way to retention which I’d like to keep as I believe I’ve earn’t the sc’s
