VA or NZ rewards program
We fly about 10 times between AU and NZ every year as well as 6 Domestic AU Flight and a handful of International Flights (Long Haul)
In Late April I will fly to the US and Earn Enough point to earn Velocity Gold
I am currently a NZ Silver member but that expires tomorrow so I am wondering If I should stick with NZ or move the VA
Also How easy is it to redeem points on Air New Zealand flights for Virgin?

I guess it is going to depend on what you want to use the points for. NZ is a Star Alliance member so will probably give you more options than VA. If you prefer to burn points on international flights it might be beneficial to stick with NZ or even consider SQ.
