The easiest way to get to the lounge is typically to enter by the front door.
In all seriousness, though, I looked at the VA website and the AusBT review, and there is no mention of showers in the CNS VA lounge. Dare I suggest the OP would find it disappointing to have no showers in CNS of all places!

From virginaustralia.com directions are clearly there you cant have looked too hard. Dont take comments like mine personally mate

The CNS VA Lounge has one shower (unisex)
You can access the lounge very easily from an inbound VA flight, simply by walking through the departures area which you will naturally come into when you arrive inbound from your gate. Both the VA and QF lounges are on the first floor. Its the newest of the VA lounges and one of the best and unlike most of the capital cities, not over-run with people.
