Anyone know of the designated times of breakfast/lunch/dinner on VA business class?

Anyone know of the designated times of breakfast/lunch/dinner on VA business class? Searched on here and the website and no answers. Trying to decide whether a 10am or 6:30pm flight is best to upgrade for MEL-SYD return next week. Thanks!

Not sure of exact times for meal service changes but i can tell you from experience that 10am will mean some sort of refreshment or snack type meal but that 6.30pm will be a dinner meal, the latter is much more substantial in my opinion

A recent dinner time flight btw syd and melb (va 872) at 545 pm

Supper service on va 247 btw melb n adl (810 pm)

Refreshment on va 827 btw melb and syd (9am)

Couldn't put them all in one post... But I'd pick the 630pm flight. It'll be dinner and a proper meal, rather than a plate of sandwiches! But is the food you get on a relatively short flight such a deciding factor?
